"Flight 250"
There is a moment before an eagle leaves the ground when everything has already been decided. The wings are raised. The weight has shifted forward. The talons still grip the branch, but the bird is already gone, committed,
mid-thought, trusting the air to meet it.

I wanted to capture that exact, unrepeatable instant: not flight itself, but the readiness that precedes it. The moment belief becomes motion.

Named for the 250 years since this country first made that same kind of decision, not knowing how the flight would go, not waiting for certainty, only for conviction, Flight 250 is a portrait of commitment itself. It belongs to eagles. It belongs to nations. And it belongs to anyone who has ever stood at the edge of something enormous and chosen to fly anyway.
