Warranty:
All jewelry purchases from Mountainside Jewelry Designs includes a 1 year warranty against defects due to materials and workmanship - defective item will be repaired for FREE or replaced. This warranty does not cover stone replacement, loss or damage. A 10 day money back guarantee is offered for items returned in original packaging and unworn / new condition. Alterations and repairs after the warranty period will gladly be performed for a small fee and shipping paid by customer.
Refund Policy:
In order for a refund, the item has to be received by Mountainside Jewelry Designs within 10 days and the item should be unworn and in new condition. Mountainside Jewelry Designs may refund your money after an inspection of the item. If any damage is detected, Mountainside Jewelry Designs reserves the right not to refund the money.
Shipping:
All jewelry purchased can be shipped by US First Class Mail within the United States. Insurance is no longer optional for items purchased on Mountainside Jewelry Designs - it is mandatory, as we can no longer afford the replacement cost for items lost or stolen during shipping.

Please include your contact information, jewelry interested in, Fed tax id#, name and location of your retail boutique - gallery or jewelry shop and a few names of other artisans or designers you're currently carrying.
